By using BetterTicket (“the Bot”), the website, or the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BetterTicket is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides ticket panels, transcripts, receipts, and related support features.

Service provided as-is

The service is provided “as is.” We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Your Use

You must use the Bot and dashboard in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policy. You are responsible for how you and your server members use the Bot.

• Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or spam
• Do not violate others’ rights or intellectual property
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or compromise the service

4. Subscriptions and Payment

If you purchase or use a paid subscription, payment terms are as described on the Pricing page and in the payment flow.

• Refunds are subject to the payment provider’s and our refund policy
• Subscription management is available via the Billing page

5. Data and Privacy

Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot or dashboard.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated Terms on this page.
