Claiming

Allow support staff to claim tickets for easier distribution.

Enable claiming

Turn on ticket claiming in the panel settings. A claim button will appear in each ticket channel.

Only claimer can unclaim

When enabled, only the user who claimed the ticket can unclaim it. Otherwise, any staff with permissions can unclaim.

Overwrite

Allow another staff member to claim over an existing claim (reassign the ticket).

Claim name and category

Customize the channel name when a ticket is claimed. Use variables like {claimer} and {count}. You can also move the ticket to a different category when claimed.
