Check Your Premium Status
Run /premium in your Discord server to see whether the current server has an active Premium subscription, the plan type, and the expiry date (if applicable).
Your server's Premium status is also displayed in the dashboard sidebar with a Premium badge.

Premium Feature Details
Auto-Save Transcripts
Automatically generate a transcript every time a ticket is closed or deleted — no staff action required. Transcripts are posted to your transcript channel and/or uploaded to Google Drive.
DM Transcripts to Opener
Send the HTML transcript file directly to the ticket opener's DMs when a ticket is closed or deleted, so they always have a copy of the conversation.
Google Drive Integration
Upload transcripts automatically to your connected Google account's Drive. Each transcript is stored as an HTML file, and a shareable link is included in the transcript embed.
DM on Ticket Created / Closed
Automatically send your ticket openers a direct message the moment their ticket is opened or closed. Customize the message content with the full embed builder.
Ticket Claiming
Let staff members claim individual tickets to take personal ownership. Claimed tickets can be renamed, moved to a separate category, and configured to restrict other staff from responding.
Thread-Style Tickets
Create tickets as private Discord threads instead of channels. Keeps your server's channel list clean. Requires Discord server Boost Level 2.
Dropdown / Select Menu Panels
Replace your panel's row of buttons with a single dropdown select menu. Each option in the dropdown maps to a different panel (ticket type), making multi-panel setups cleaner and easier to navigate.
Time Scheduling
Restrict ticket creation to specific hours and timezones. Users who try to open tickets outside your support hours receive a custom notification message instead.
