Thread Style

Use Discord threads instead of channels for tickets (Premium).

Enable thread tickets

When enabled, tickets are created as threads under a parent channel instead of new channels.

Parent channel

Select the channel where ticket threads will be created. All tickets appear as threads under this channel.

Can non-mods invite

Allow non-moderators to invite other users to the thread. Useful for group support.

Auto-add team

Automatically add support staff to the thread when it's created.
